Terms of Service
Effective date: June 23, 2026
Agreement
These Terms of Service apply to CardShipper, operated by Mecc Products LLC. By creating an account, using the website, using the Chrome extension, or subscribing to CardShipper, you agree to these terms.
Service
CardShipper helps TCGplayer sellers capture selected order and address information, preview shipping rates, buy labels through a connected EasyPost account, track shipment history, and manage subscription access through Stripe. CardShipper is workflow software; it is not a carrier, marketplace, payment processor, or postage bank.
Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of sender addresses, recipient addresses, package details, carrier service selections, customs details if applicable, and purchased labels.
- You are responsible for your TCGplayer, EasyPost, Stripe, Chrome, and CardShipper account access.
- You must comply with carrier rules, marketplace rules, shipping restrictions, tax obligations, and applicable laws.
- You must not use CardShipper to ship prohibited items, abuse the service, interfere with the product, or attempt unauthorized access.
Billing
CardShipper subscriptions are billed through Stripe. The website and extension may offer monthly and yearly subscription options. Stripe handles payment method collection, invoices, card updates, and customer portal access. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, subscription fees are not postage funds and do not include carrier charges, EasyPost charges, insurance, marketplace fees, taxes, or other third-party costs.
Shipping Providers
CardShipper connects to EasyPost using credentials you provide. EasyPost and the selected carriers are responsible for their own services, rates, labels, tracking data, outages, refunds, adjustments, and carrier decisions. CardShipper may display rates, labels, and tracking information returned by these providers but does not guarantee carrier performance or delivery outcomes.
Accounts and Access
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. We may suspend or limit access if we believe an account is being misused, creates security risk, violates these terms, has an inactive or failed subscription, or could harm CardShipper, users, providers, or third parties.
Availability and Changes
CardShipper may change, add, remove, pause, or discontinue features as the product develops. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, marketplace compatibility, or permanent support for any specific third-party page structure or provider API.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CardShipper and Mecc Products LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, shipping losses, delivery delays, carrier adjustments, marketplace penalties, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
Privacy
Use of CardShipper is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains what information is collected and how it is used.
